The experience with the doctor was fantastic but the experience with the hospital was bad. We were asked to report with the child at 715 and they had not even kept the doctor informed. She reached at 830 and said sorry for no fault of hers, while the reception just did not seem to care..

Appointment time at 4 pm but doctor came at 5:15 ..... no proper response from staff too. .

Doctor came 1.30 hours late. Made is wait even after that. She refused to answer any calls to give estimated time of arrival.
Dr. Usha has been very gentle with my daughter for we had visited for. She performed echo and 2D on her. She was very gentle during our visit. She had nicely explained the dos and donts.
We are very happy visiting her and feel relaxed.
